The owner’s picks, by taste
Our owner suggests two rolls for each of these tastes.
If you love fish
Crazy Horse layers tuna, salmon and yellowtail. Cherry Blossom pairs salmon and tuna. Both finish with Japanese mustard sauce.
Heavenly skips the rice and wraps tuna, salmon, yellowtail and shrimp in cucumber. Paradise rolls tuna, avocado and scallion in soy paper with sweet wasabi sauce.
Four of the five dishes above use spicy tuna. Our chef confirmed that any spicy fish can be swapped for the regular version of the same fish at no extra charge: spicy tuna becomes tuna, spicy salmon becomes salmon, spicy yellowtail becomes yellowtail.
The swap changes only the fish, so other heat listed on a roll, like jalapeño or spicy mayo, isn’t part of it. The Japanese Eggroll can be ordered with crabmeat instead of spicy tuna.
“A Marilyn Monroe with regular tuna instead of spicy tuna, please.”
