How we picked theseKitchen dishes and starters here are cooked or vegetable-based. Rolls and sushi pieces here carry no raw (*) marker on Midori’s menu; the printed menu marks the Tiger Shrimp Roll raw by mistake, and it is cooked. For the nine rolls under Rolls we can prepare cooked, say “no raw fish” when ordering. Ask separately to leave off masago or tobiko if you do not want roe. It is a selection, not the full list.

Does Midori have sushi rolls without raw fish?

Yes. The California, Dragon, Caterpillar, Tiger Shrimp, Sunset, Lone Star and Tiger’s Eye rolls carry no raw marker on Midori’s menu, and neither do the California, unagi and shrimp tempura hand rolls. See the rolls.

Can I ask for a roll with no raw fish?

Yes. Say “no raw fish” when ordering one of these nine rolls, and we can prepare it cooked instead. This includes Big Fire Roll and Phoenix Roll. If you also want the fish roe left off, ask for no masago or no tobiko. Read the ordering guide.

What cooked dishes are on the menu?

From the kitchen: teriyaki, bulgogi, tonkatsu, yakisoba, tempura udon, miso ramen, combination fried rice and unaju (broiled unagi over sushi rice). Starters include gyoza, shumai, calamari, agedashi tofu, tempura and broiled hamachi kama.

Is there something for kids?

The $12 Kid’s Boat has 4 California roll pieces and 3 fried gyoza, with chicken teriyaki, chicken yakisoba or vegetable yakisoba.

Are the lunch bento boxes cooked?

The seven bento entrées are cooked, but every lunch special includes raw items. Lunch is served daily, 11:30am–2:30pm. See lunch specials.
